Chocolate Workshop – Child Ticket
Exploring the mysterious art of everything chocolate. Tuition and hands on tempering, and chocolate panning. All great fun and of course you take home what you make.
With the help of expert tuition and guidance you will learn the art of coating (known as panning) your own choice of centers from hazelnuts, almonds, ginger, macadamia, and pistachio. Get involved with the coating and learn about the final polishing of the dragees. (not sure what dragees are, then come and discover what they are 🙂 You will have the opportunity to play with melted chocolate and temper it and make some chocolate eggs or other fun chocolate shapes. You will learn how to make fillings of ganache. The possibilities are endless, how creative would you like to be? Not sure how creative you are, don’t worry our experts are on hand to help you every step of the way.
Finally you will have the opportunity to see a working confectionery factory and taste some of the confectionery and have the opportunity to purchase some for confectionery gifts at a discount.
